I keep coming back to this apartment because the staff is helpful and attentive, especially when they served my elderly parents. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, lift. Perfect for my city trips.

Perfect and particularly good location close enough to centre and jewellery quarter, the center of Birmingham, and Birmingham, and the room was lovely. We could walk to Diplomats Barista in 10 minutes. The host made our stay perfectly pleasant. Our bed was very comfy. Had access to kitchen, it was really handy...

Stayed there for 2 nights, thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen had a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator etc. Bedrooms were pretty nice.

Power outage ruined stay.

The apartment was clean and tidy, with all the facilities we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was also a nice bonus. The location was great, within walking distance to shops and amenities. Plus, the free parking was a definite advantage.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The lift was not working, which was quite inconvenient, especially for those with children or heavy luggage.

The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean, and OMG so comfortable! The kitchen was fully equipped with jaw-dropping utensils. The bedrooms were super lovely, and the balcony view was mind-blowing. It felt like our own private oasis - so peaceful and quiet. Aimee, our host, was beyond brilliant with constant updates and incredible communication. The value for money at City Centre Snow Hill was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city centre. The staff treated me and my friends very well, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

The location was not ideal for families, as there were some issues with the surroundings, such as witnessing unpleasant incidents in the street.
